Từ Âu sang Á, từ Đông sang Tây, từ Bắc chí Nam, hể nơi nào có sự lãnh đạo của đảng CS thì nơi đó có băng hoại giáo dục. Mà giáo dục là một điều tối quan trọng cho con người, cho xã hội và cho đất nước. Nó là cái thước đo chính xác nhất để xác định là quốc gia đó có tiến bộ thật sự, có văn minh đúng mức và có tương lai để cho các thế hệ mai sau vươn lên.
